Looking for the perfect Venue to This package is for the under cover decorator, new decorators showing off their skills and those who want to rent a facility and hire their own decorator.  We allow 5 hours (you may purchase additional hours) from the designated start time.  In the do it yourself package you have 100% full control over the event set-up, design and every single detail. When you select the DIY package it includes the Event space rental, tables and up to 50 chairs. 

You are responsible for ALL decorations, including table and chair coverings. The room must be left in the same condition it was received. Floors cleaned and mopped.

When you rent the facility ONLY, you must provide ALL decorations, centerpieces, and backdrops. 

*Setup and clean-up is your responsibility. Please keep in mind:

*We do NOT allow nails, screws, staples or tape to be used on walls or floors.

*Hangers such as command hooks CANNOT be used on the walls. 

*No Glitter, confetti, rice, straw, birdseeds, sand OR hay is allowed on the premises (includes tent).

*ONLY electronic/battery operated candles may be used.

*Backdrops & Balloons MUST be hung on backdrop stands or be freestanding. 

*Absolutely NO outside treats/dessert are permitted on our premises (includes venue OR tent) -- to do so will cause you to forfeit

(lose) your ENTIRE damage/incidental deposit.



*ABSOLUTELY NO Balloon confetti/Glitter balloons. as they can NOT be popped on or within our premises, they often have a tendency to pop without being touched. If ANY confetti or glitter is left within our premises, parking lot, venue, or tent the damage/incidental security deposit will be forfeited. While these items are absolutely beautiful the mess remains onsite for months following your event. The $500.00 damage/incidental deposit will be forfeited if you disregard this policy.  If it is important to use those items, you may want to seek another venue to host your event. If you are in disagreement with any of our decorating polices, please find another venue to host your event.
